Online coaching provides a platform on which I hold you accountable. It also makes it feel like you have a personal trainer with you every step of the way. The guidance and accountability allow you to hit and surpass your goals with ease.
These plans are specifically tailored to your goals and needs and aren’t just a random plan slung out there in the hope that it sticks. This is coaching, where I care about your progression, results, and overall well-being. I will guide you through the workouts, nutrition, and strategies to hit your goals.
The program is customizable to your needs and daily life so that it can fit your existing lifestyle. Each plan works in a four-weekly cycle to keep it fresh, exciting, and most importantly keep you progressing.

PADDY WATTS
Hey, I'm Paddy, and I’ve been coaching in the sports and fitness industry for over 10 years having helped 100’s achieve their goals. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to better themselves both physically and mentally through sport and training.
My own training has taught me the benefits of having a structured program. These routines have benefited me mentally as well as physically for a number of years. Having personally benefited from exercising, it gave me a desire to positively impact other people's lives as well. I want to build a community of like minded individuals who grow and learn from each other becoming the best version of themselves they can.I am here to help you realise your potential and firmly believe that we can, together through a personalised program achieve your goal, be that a healthier lifestyle, weight loss or muscle gain.
The idea of feeling bad for having eaten something “naughty” is not what I am here to make you feel. Fitness should be integrated into your existing life, not take over it and become a burden.
In order to achieve that I believe that personability, accessibility and accountability are three integral parts of my program. These three aspects allow me to develop a fully personalised program to meet your needs and surpass your goals.
Training isn't always easy, but it should be fun and leave you feeling better for having started.
